Mr. Sandeep Khanna – Director
Professional Journey
Mr. Sandeep Khanna brings a strong combination of corporate leadership, legal expertise, and real estate experience to Blinkon Infratech. After completing his MBA in 2005, he began his professional career with Bharti Airtel as a Senior Territory Manager, where he developed valuable skills in leadership, client relations, and business operations. Later, from 2009 to 2013, he worked with State Bank of India as a Territory Manager, gaining deeper insights into management, strategy, and customer-focused services.
In 2014, driven by an entrepreneurial vision, he stepped into the real estate industry by starting Blinkon Infratech through a joint venture. Over the years, he expanded his industry experience by collaborating with well-known real estate advisory firms. He worked with PropShop as Assistant Director (2017–2018) and later with Investor Clinic as Director (2018–2019), where he gained extensive experience in property advisory, real estate investments, and market development. In 2020, he further strengthened his independent presence by working as a sole proprietor, securing projects directly from developers and building strong relationships within the real estate ecosystem.

As the Director of Blinkon Infratech, Mr. Khanna’s vision is centered on trust, transparency, and long-term commitment toward clients, vendors, associates, and team members. He believes that real estate is not only about buying and selling property but about building long-term relationships based on credibility and honesty. His goal is to establish Blinkon as a globally recognized real estate brand known for ethical practices, professionalism, and client satisfaction.

Along with his corporate and entrepreneurial journey, Mr. Khanna is also a professional lawyer holding a valid bar license. His legal background provides a significant advantage in the real estate industry, where legal clarity and compliance are extremely important. With his understanding of property laws, documentation, and regulatory processes, he ensures transparency, security, and reliability in every real estate transaction, helping clients make safe and well-informed investment decisions.

He believes in counseling investors, providing the right guidance, and helping them choose the most suitable property opportunities.
