Role Summary:
A Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers via phone to promote products/services, generate leads, and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.

  • Explain company products or services clearly.

  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

  • Maintain a database of customer information.

  • Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

  • Follow up with customers for sales or feedback.

  • Meet daily and monthly calling or sales targets.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and persuasion skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, etc.).

  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

  • Strong listening skills.

  • Fluency in Hindi/English or regional languages.

Experience:

  • 0–2 years (freshers can also apply).
